An item may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery date. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped. Refund will be issued in 7 business days. Store credit will be issued to the email you used when placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Any item received back for a return that is not in the original, unused, and unworn condition is not eligible for return and will not be accepted. Items with make-up stains, pet hair, perfume, or other strong odor are a few examples of items that will not be accepted.

If your order contains any damaged or defect items you must notify our customer service team and arrange return shipping within 14 days of the delivery date.
